Executive Biography
Kristin Stahlman is an accomplished healthcare sales and leadership professional with a proven track record of advancing medical imaging technology in the government and commercial healthcare sectors. As the Government Accounts Manager for the South-Central Region at Boston Imaging, Kristin employs a collaborative and strategic approach to deliver cutting-edge diagnostic solutions to Active-Duty military personnel, Veterans, and the Indian Health System. Her leadership was instrumental in securing a national, multi-million-dollar Department of Defense award, significantly enhancing Samsung's presence in the government sector.
Previously, Kristin served as Handheld Ultrasound (HHUS) Segment Sales Leader at GE HealthCare, where she successfully drove enterprise-wide adoption of handheld ultrasound across large healthcare networks in the Midwest and Central United States. She worked closely with GE HealthCare’s regional ultrasound teams to foster a culture of collaboration, shared success, and innovation. Kristin played a pivotal role in increasing HHUS visibility, educating executive leadership on the value of point-of-care ultrasound, and developing scalable strategies for integrating emerging diagnostic technologies into hospital systems. Her work directly influenced implementation planning and large-scale deployment across multi-state health networks. As one of the inaugural HHUS Sales Leaders, she was instrumental in building the new commercial segment from the ground up and shaping its long-term sales and growth strategy. During her five-year tenure at GE HealthCare, Kristin also served as a Product Sales Specialist in the General Imaging segment, managing key accounts in her territory.
Kristin brings over twenty-five years of commercial and clinical experience across the medical imaging and ultrasound industries. At Terason, Inc., she emerged as a top national producer in Point-of-Care Ultrasound, driven by her passion for miniaturized diagnostic technology. At Avante Health Solutions, she managed regional ultrasound service contracts throughout the Southwest. Her work at Hologic, Inc. deepened her commitment to women’s health, where she specialized in breast biopsy systems and partnered with leading healthcare organizations, including Hoag Hospital and RadNet. This broad clinical and commercial background has positioned Kristin as a trusted expert in emerging imaging technologies that advance patient care.
Kristin’s leadership excellence has been widely recognized. She reeivceived GE Cali Culture Award for her positive regional impact. She was selected for the exclusive opportunity to collaborate with the Vscan Air engineering team in Horten, Norway, in recognition of her outstanding sales performance and field leadership. She is also an alumnus of the prestigious LEAD (Leading, Empowering, Disrupting) Program, sponsored by the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments (SCARD) and GE HealthCare.
Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Science from Pima Medical Institute. She is both a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) and a Registered Sonographer (RDMS). At GE HealthCare, she was actively engaged in LEAN culture initiatives and Kaizen events, contributing to operational improvements that enhanced sales workflows and customer engagement.
Kristin resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband, Gregg, and their eight cats. Outside of her professional career, she is passionate about volunteering with SoCal Siamese Cat Rescue, creating handmade gifts, and tackling home renovation projects.
